We love exciting new talent here at DT which is why it is our pleasure to present to you an exclusive mix from one of the fastest rising names in electronic music in Select UK Radio co-founder and Defected/Get Twisted signing As I AM.

Based in London, As I AM has enjoyed a meteoric rise through the ranks in recent times, peddling his wares for the likes of DefectedAzuli and Great Stuff whilst simultaneously strutting his stuff on some of the biggest festival stages Europe has to offer. Seeking to maintain him momentum in in 2016, he’s about to land on Axwell’s Axtone imprint twice in the coming months and is joining us to close our massive 8th birthday bash at The Big Chill House this Saturday, following on from an extra special performance from Rhythm Masters. Generous guy that he is, the big I Am has decided to get us in the party mood early and get all you funsters thawing out those boogying muscles with a special birthday mix. Happy birthday to us…

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
