Mister Saturday Night celebrate Mister 250, their 250th party

Mister Saturday Night Records are to release a brand new compilation by their residents titled ‘Mister Saturday Night: Then and Now’, due out on 30th June it’s a selection of songs that have come to define the party including music from Dennis Ferrer, Falty DL, Marcellus Pittman and more.

Also in June, Justin Carter and Eamon Harkin are celebrating the 250th party they’ve thrown on June 25th. In January of 2009,  they started Mister Saturday Night, finding and setting up the venue from scratch for nearly every party in nearly thirty different spaces. Almost a decade later, Mister Saturday Night has become an institution, spinning off the beloved all ages, all-walks-of-life Mister Sunday parties and putting out milestone records from Anthony Naples, Denis Sulta (as Atlus), Dark Sky, Keita Sano, General Ludd, Gunnar Haslam and Nebraska; and opening Nowadays, their own space for dancing, listening, learning and making in-real-life human connections.

The compilation will be released on 3LP, in mix format on CD and with individual downloads and the mix version on digital.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
