Mental Health First Aid Training Course launches in London

Eclectic Toolbox are on a mission to be at the forefront of cultural change in the music industry. Using mental health first aid training courses designed with the challenges of the industry in mind exclusively to those working in music. 

Delivering one days courses on 16/07, 17/07, 18/07 and 19/07 at The Ministry, London. The aim of Project One is simple – to make an impact and to serve the industry they love. 

Mental Health First Aid Training is an evidence-based global training programme. It teaches the skills to spot the signs and symptoms of mental ill health in others. Also, to have the confidence to have safe and effective conversations to signpost them to the most appropriate professional support.  It also raises your awareness to your own mental health and wellbeing enabling you to better look after yourself.

The team have over ten years of experience delivering mental health first aid courses. They have supported, development of strategies that deliver whole organisational change to create mentally healthier working environments: ‘we’ve got this’.
