KMAH Radio in Leeds was robbed last night. The Independent radio station broadcasting from the back streets of Leeds has been a favourite of Data Transmission for a while as they shine a light on the DJ talent based in the north of England.
They put this statement on facebook:
Crestfallen to say that we’ve been robbed. Two brand new CDJ 2000s, a brand new DJM 700, Alto studio mixer and Samsung monitor were all stolen from the studio last night after around 11pm. The police have been with us all day taking fingerprints and requesting access to various CCTV cameras in the area. We’ll post pics soon as we have them, but in the meantime if anyone tries to sell you this gear, or you see it in a CashConverters or on eBay/Gumtree, give us a shout. Be great if you could share this to get the message out.
We’re going to try our best to stay online and stream from off site. Live shows have had to be cancelled but plenty of pre-records continue to go out midday to midnight at kmah-radio.com. We’ll keep you updated and this won’t be the end, so we will endeavour to be back in action soon as possible.
