Jessica Skye drops us ‘Work Out Tracks’ playlist

Jessica Skye is the Founder of Fat Buddha Yoga, Nike Trainer, Women’s Health contributor and DJ.

With a solid passion for music she has spun her way around the globe supporting artists such as Joey Negro, Tensnake and Nightmares on Wax to name a few as well as holding DJ residencies at some of London’s top clubs and events.

In 2013 she combined her passions of music and wellness when launching Fat Buddha Yoga – A modern approach to the ancient art and science of yoga for the next generation of urban yogis.  Combining yoga and music in exciting locations with a unique approach she’s been on a mission to make the benefits of yoga accessible and fun for everyone. In her classes you can always expect to get moving, sweat, bumping basslines, and leave stretched out with a heap of Zen. Life balance is paramount whilst straddling a lifestyle of yoga instructor by day and moonlighting as a DJ by night. She believes in taking a holistic and healthy approach to working in both the nightlife and wellness scene (cold press juices are also on her rider).

She puts together our first Work Out Tracks Playlist for Spotify and says about the playlist “These are some of my favorite tracks that make their way into DJ sets, yoga classes or on play while kicking back by the pool ranging from 90s and early 2000s trip hop and electronica, some classics, reworks and more recent releases from some of my favorite artists! Enjoy x”

Jessica will DJ on the main music stage at LoveFit Festival – http://www.fatbuddhayoga.com/

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
