Remember when Jam City revealed the slice of silky smooth ethereal funk that is his track Proud? Well now he’s shared the tracks official video.
Taken from his acclaimed sophomore album Dream a Garden, which arrived back in March via Bok Bok and L-Vis 1990‘s venerable Night Slugs imprint, the Canela Blue Roan and Jam City directed clip perfectly compliments the track; the flittering images capturing the very essence of the sonics they accompany.
As has become a trademark of the the producer in recent times, Proud is powerful and richly textured. Layer upon layer of emotion, synths and samples crackle through each other, drawing a surge of positivity forward from the depths of the mix.
