Debut Transmission: Danniel Selfmade – Actually No

There are few things we admire more than a self-made man or woman here at Data Transmission. Therefore when we came across the tech-house stylings of fast rising Mallorca producer, Danniel Selfmade, it didn’t take us long to become the most ardent of fans.

Having enjoyed a breakout 2015 that saw him touch work his magic as far afield as Tokyo and deliver standout performances in London and Berlin, his nuanced take on techno has seen him garner attention from the likes of Richie Hawtin and Marco Carola, who have similarly tipped him for the big time.

Maintaining his momentum through into the new year, Danniel follows up his dance floor destroying exploits for Deeperfect Records, Beat It Music and Tres 14 with the two track ‘Actually No’ EP for Miami based label Goldentears Records. Showcasing the title track as our latest Debut Transmission, we just can’t get enough of this little number’s murky bass line and tribal drum patterns.

A firm statement of intent from the artist and the label, expect to hear plenty from both in the coming months.
