Dantiez & Killed Kassette remix Urban Culture’s ‘The Wonders Of Wishing’

Taking on the challenge of revamping Urban Culture’s ‘The Wonders Of Wishing’. Dantiez & Killed Kassette tap into their inner groove power to make magic happen.

Urban Culture aka Carl Craig’s ‘The Wonders Of Wishing’ was first released in 1993 on Eclipse Records. Carl Craig is the Detroit-based producer of techno music. He is considered to be one of the most important names in the second generation of Detroit techno producers and DJs.

Dantiez, born and bred in Michigan, is the son of Techno pioneer Kevin Saunderson and singer/songwriter, Ann Saunderson. From an early age, surrounded by such influential creatives, Dantiez knew music was the way for him. Inspired by his generation’s reaction to electronica, Dantiez completely immersed himself in production and DJing.

Niall Auld began his Killed Kassette guise in 2013. He was quickly snapped up by Kevin Saunderson’s legendary KMS record label. His releases, which draws influences from Rave, Techno, Breakbeat and House have shown no sign of slowing up.

Their remix comes with jacked-up beats and thrilling builds. This is all on a backdrop of warm pads and echoing vocals, this remix is poised to add a whole lot of color to the Techno scene.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
