Alex Gaudino teams up Dakota on ‘All I Think Of Is You’

Here’s a match made in heaven. Electro house Italian master Alex Gaudino ropes in, up & coming, London songstress Dakota for a majestic dance-floor ready house-pop cut ‘All I Think Of Is You’ out now through Ultra Music.

Sophie Elton, known by her stage name, Dakota, best known for singing on Jonas Blue’s tropical house version of Tracy Chapman’s 1988 single ‘Fast Car’, pairs an exuberant, emotive vocal delivery to Gaudino’s upbeat, house-driven production.

Alex says: “I’ve always been a fan of Dakota and was thrilled by the idea of making some music together. Her voice is magical and harmonious. It makes the world a better place.”

No stranger to the scene, Alex Gaudino’s been playing his inimitable brand of upfront electro-house grooves for more than 28 years with releases on Rise Records, Ministry of Sound, Data Records and Ultra Music. Having found acclaimed worldwide success with hits ‘Destination Calabria’ and ‘Watch Out’, Alex rapidly built up a reputation as ‘One of the most prolific producers in Italy’, or at least those are the words of BBC Radio 1’s Pete Tong.

More success followed with UK smash hits, “I’m in love” and “What a feeling” featuring Kelly Rowland. These achievements make Alex Gaudino the only Italian DJ who can boast 3 UK top tens and 1 UK top 20 and turned him into an icon of house music worldwide.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
