Mat.Joe joins forces with C’mon & Otistic on ‘Gaida’

Share

Serious house players Mat.Joe, C’mon and Otistic join forces for ‘Gaida’, a new tune that has ‘2023 anthem’ written all over it.

Hanover-born, Berlin-based duo Mat.Joe are Moon Harbour regulars and house mainstays. They have collaborated with the likes of Ninetoes here before and also regularly land on Elrow Music and Repopulate Mars. This is the second three-way collaboration between these particular artists in quick succession. They dropped the massive ‘Hypnotized’ back in late 2022 and have once again pulled off some studio magic here.

The excellent ‘Gaida’ is a full flavour track with stomping bass, layers of percussion and vocal fils, tumbling hits and ear-worm melodies. It is laden with rich sound design and a dynamic groove that is always on the move. The breakdown teases before the drop pleases as more catchy synths pop out of the mix to get hands in the air.

Mat.Joe, C’mon & Otistic have cooked up another fine track with ‘Gaida.’

We premiere ‘Gaida’ on Data Transmission, check it out here and grab it on Bandcamp
