Premiere: Alice Clark - Submission

Arriving from fresh from Ibiza, Alice Clark is the latest addition to the New Violence roster with her Submission EP. Delivering two cuts of deep, deep atmospheric groove supported by a remix from Danilo Schneider.

A rising star in the DJ and production world, Alice holds residencies at the legendary Cafe Mambo as well as Sankeys and her productions have been signed to imprints such as Selador & Glasgow Underground. Now Alice makes her debut on New Violence ably supported by Germany’s Danilo Schneider known for his work on luminary labels such as Cocoon, Affin and his own Enough!Music label.

Our debut transmission ‘Submission’ kicks things off with its driving, tribal-tinged groove building and building with trippy vocal FX and a delicious acidic squelch that weaves in and out.

A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
