NANCY Live has been carving out her high-octane techno sound via years of acid-soaked live sets at venues such as Warehouse Project in Manchester and Sankeys in Ibiza. Based in Dublin, NANCY aka Lauren Rusowicz delivers an electrifying two-track single for Dense & Pika’s Kneaded Pains label.
Lead track ‘Holy Grail’ is a rollicking blast of trance-tinged techno, set to a frenetic BPM and replete with buoyant stabs and pummeling percussion. On ‘3 By 3’, gnarly acid tones swell out of driving drums and furious snare rolls, offering up another industrious production.
Recent remixes for Marco Faraone, and releases on HE.SHE.THEY, Apex Faction and We Are The Brave, are singling out NANCY Live as an exciting prospect in the ever expanding techno landscape.
