Since beginning his musical journey playing drum and bass events at University, the multi-faceted producer FNP has added many strings to his musical career. Aside from his productions, he’s spent years working in marketing roles in the industry, as well as founding labels Slinkiemusic and Bottled Sauce, picking up some notable fans including Teki Latex, Avalon Emerson, Ross From Friends, Loxy & Resound & Palace.

On his own projects, the London producer has gained support from Thump Magazine, Clash, Datatransmission, Indieshuffle, Dummy Magazine and Complex with many more following suit. His releases in the last few years have pushed the envelope for leftfield techno, synthwave and house with significant support from streaming platforms. Across Spotify his recent releases have picked up over 1 Million streams worldwide, with Amazon Music also supporting across their ‘Electric Disco’ and ‘Progressive Dance’ playlist.

The new single showcases the artists versatility as well as his outstanding production know-how. It’s a track rich with throwbacks and hints to a by-gone era, a cultural reset in UK Music history.

‘On My Mind’ is an ode to the sound of my childhood – UK Garage, with a modern style and a 4×4 drum pattern. The sample is one of my absolute favourite vocal takes, and I love using that classic Garage organ bass sound”

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
