Chilled Transmission: Will Silver

Multi-talented up-and-comer Will Silver drops in on our Chilled series this morning, to ease you in to your Sunday and week.

Will has been producing since 12 years old, had his first airplay at 17 and his track ‘Systematic’ received multiple plays on BBC Radio 1 when he was only 18. Though he’s only nineteen now, his new productions ‘You Are’ and ‘Drop The Glass’ are complex, mature and they offer a glimpse into the unbridled potential Will has to offer. ‘You Are’ and ‘Drop The Glass’ are coming to Cr2 Records sub-label Cr2U.

Listing artists such as Jamie XX, Four Tet, John Talabot, Maribou State and Sasha as his influences, it’s no surprise Will’s productions are both deep and atmospheric.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
