How to Collect YOUR Music Royalties… 💰

Ashley Howard from PRS for Music explains to me the differences between PRS, PPL and everything to do with Music Publishing and the royalties around music.

PRS for Music pay royalties to our members when their work is performed, broadcast, streamed, downloaded, reproduced, played in public or used in film and TV. We support them by influencing policy, supporting and hosting awards and events, and investing in new technology to ensure we’re fit for the digital music age.

Music wouldn’t exist without the work of songwriters, composers and publishers. PRS for Music are here to represent them and ensure that they are rewarded for their creations.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
