Abode return on Sunday 1st March at Studio 338, and with an extended opening to 1am.
They have a heavyweight line-up sorted for you all; Russ Yallop and Robert James join us for their first 338 experience, and the DC10 and Paradise regulars are just as excited to be on that terrace as we are at having them there.
Russ Yallop, now a fully-fledged member of Crosstown Rebels, has been biding his time, honing his production skills for the last few years. Part of a new breed of DJs, with studio skills to match, which includes his close friends Lee Foss, Richy Ahmed and Robert James, Russ Yallop’s sound is infected with warm charm and boundless energy. Robert James. First surfacing amidst a new-wave of talent on Hot Creations, he has now taken his infectious dancefloor sound to all corners of the globe. “My style is about the groove” says Robert, “I play house and techno, but always with groove”. As well as working larger crowds, Robert’s sound lends itself to more intimate club spaces just as well, with close associations to clubs like Mint and My House in Leeds, fabric in London and the Rainbow in Birmingham, as well as institutions like DC:10 and Space in Ibiza.
