Splice INSTRUMENT Launches Flagship Virtual Instrument Platform for Music Producers
Share
Producers, the game just changed. Splice INSTRUMENT has landed, and it is here to fuel your next wave of creativity. Launched today, Thursday 2nd October, this flagship virtual instrument platform promises to flip the sample game on its head and give you access to sounds that once lived only in elite studios.
This is not just another plugin drop. Splice INSTRUMENT comes loaded with over 1,200 multi-sampled presets at launch, with fresh drops hitting every month. We’re talking Philip Glass’ grand piano, Abe Laboriel Jr.’s monster drums tracked at Henson Studios, and the BBC Symphony Orchestra recorded at the legendary Maida Vale in London. This is proper next-level access.
Born from Splice’s recent hook-up with Spitfire Audio, Splice INSTRUMENT blends their lush, world-class recordings with Splice’s signature accessible design. The interface is stripped back and intuitive, meaning you spend less time clicking and more time creating. MIDI-playable, studio-quality, and dripping with character, every preset packs the vibe of the rooms they were captured in.
Let’s be real: LABS changed the game for free sounds. Splice INSTRUMENT takes that ethos and turns the volume way up. Whether you’re scoring for Netflix, laying down your next jungle banger, or building cinematic techno for a sweaty warehouse, these instruments lock in inspiration fast. Free plan users get hundreds of sounds right off the bat, while the $12.99 plan unlocks the full arsenal, including Ultra Soft Piano, synth packs co-designed with Nathan Fake, and genre-spanning gems from amapiano to orchestral glory.
Splice’s CEO, Kakul Srivastava, calls it “a major milestone”. We call it a game-changer! These sounds aren’t just polished, they’re alive with groove, warmth, and vibe. They’ll slip straight into your mix and light up the dancefloor, basement, or cinema screen.
With Splice INSTRUMENT, producers worldwide just got handed a new weapon. This is your invitation to sculpt, bend, and push the dancefloor into new territory.
Get it now, lock in those free drops, and start shaping your future sound.
