The next generation of groove-driven house music is here as Simes makes his Desolat debut with his three-track ‘Bussin’ EP. Dropping 28th February 2025, the Düsseldorf-based artist brings a percussive, club-ready sound that’s already turning heads—and we’re premiering the title track right now on Data Transmission.

Helmed by Loco Dice, Desolat has been a launchpad for some of the most forward-thinking artists in the underground scene. Following in the footsteps of Guti, Yaya, and Francisco Allendes, Simes delivers a release that blends quick-fire drum programming, rolling basslines, and dynamic vocal chops, tailor-made for peak-time floors.

The title track, ‘Bussin’, is already causing a stir, having been road-tested by Loco Dice at Club Space Miami, ADE, and beyond. A stripped-back, driving groove lays the foundation while crisp hi-hats and infectious vocal cuts keep the energy locked in. Elsewhere, ‘TMF’ offers a deeper, rolling flow, rich with filtered samples and weighty low-end, before ‘En Chinga’ brings it home with chunky bass, skittering percussion, and raw club energy.
