Rob Smith Announces Album with Reggae Collective AMJ

Bristol dub legend Rob Smith, aka RSD, is set to drop a new collaborative album with reggae/world music trio AMJ.

Produced under the joint name of AMJ Meets RSD, the Sky Blue Love LP presents a “modern reggae album,” featuring artists from Cuba, Senegal, Burkina Faso and Colombia. AMJ’s long history of working with artists across Latin America and Africa provides Smith with a sumptuous archive of organic material – the perfect palette to produce 15 tracks that pay tribute to the origins of dub, whilst offering a fresh continent-spanning sound.

Sky Blue Love is out April 25th via Astar Artes Recordings on CD, digital and as limited edition vinyl package consisting of two 12″ EPs and one 10″ single.
