Alter Ego Recordings is releasing its next slate of remixes, this time from Tuff City Kids, AKA Gerd Janson and Lauer.

Earlier this spring, Alter Ego—the long-time collaboration between Roman Flügel and Jörn Elling—put out an EP of Luke Slater remixes of their material from the ’90s. Now they’re revisiting their project again, enlisting the services of Janson and Lauer.

The German duo have had a go at “Gate 23,” which they’ve remixed twice, as well as 2004 classic “Rocker.” You can listen to a clip of the “Rocker” remix below.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
