Jessica Skye is the Founder of Fat Buddha Yoga, Nike Trainer, Women’s Health contributor and DJ.
With a solid passion for music she has spun her way around the globe supporting artists such as Joey Negro, Tensnake and Nightmares on Wax to name a few as well as holding DJ residencies at some of London’s top clubs and events.
In 2013 she combined her passions of music and wellness when launching Fat Buddha Yoga – A modern approach to the ancient art and science of yoga for the next generation of urban yogis. Combining yoga and music in exciting locations with a unique approach she’s been on a mission to make the benefits of yoga accessible and fun for everyone. In her classes you can always expect to get moving, sweat, bumping basslines, and leave stretched out with a heap of Zen. Life balance is paramount whilst straddling a lifestyle of yoga instructor by day and moonlighting as a DJ by night. She believes in taking a holistic and healthy approach to working in both the nightlife and wellness scene (cold press juices are also on her rider).
