DT739 – Tuff London

Share

Following the recent anthem ‘Only You’ alongside Mark Knight on Toolroom, esteemed duo Tuff London now make their way to Piero Pirupa’s NONSTOP label for dazzling new single ‘Strobe’.

After exploding onto the scene with breakthrough single ‘Sending Love’ via Toolroom which reached no.10 on the Beatport Chart, Tuff London have continued to make waves on the imprint as well as landing releases elsewhere on the likes of Relief, Ultra, Elrow, Get Twisted Solotoko, Sola, Stashed and more.

Tuff London have also gained critical acclaim in particular with ‘Psychodrama’ alongside house pioneer Todd Terry, receiving support from the likes of techno luminary Carl Cox and BBC Radio 1’s Danny Howard.

Following their collaboration with Toolroom label head Mark Knight on ‘Don’t Give Up’ last year, the talents joined forces once more on the ‘This Is Toolroom’ 2021 compilation for ‘Only You’, geared up for club re-openings in the months to come.

Now gracing Piero Pirupa’s NONSTOP for ‘Strobe’, the single is already seeing approval from Calvin Harris, Motez, Riva Starr, Claude VonStroke and more. Boasting weighty drums and trippy synth stabs that underpin hypnotic vocal chants, ‘Strobe’ is a club-ready cut set to transport listeners to strobe illuminated dancefloors and beyond.

Today, they join us on the podcast again. Listen to it below, on Mixcloud or iTunes here.
