DT703 – Ben Remember

Since the days of his impressive album exclusives and the inaugural ‘Run Away’ EP on Toolroom, Ben Remember has had a host of releases that have hit Beatport charts. All of which involved a massive amount of production, engineering and mixing knowledge, stemming from Ben himself straight out of his Bristol studio.

His unmistakable production talent has consistently shone through over the years, and it was only a matter of time before he would become a key member of the label and the Toolroom Academy. This is where Ben brings his talents into the world of teaching, he’s a lead tutor at Toolroom Academy and is not only involved in teaching but also designs and creates the courses.

Ben’s latest releases offers a return to his trademark sound of chunky, sleazy tech house all of which are getting massive support from DJ’s across the board, from the likes of Annie Mac, Pete Tong and Danny Howard on BBC Radio 1 to Erick Morillo, Eats Everything and Toolroom label boss – Mark Knight.

‘T2’ marks the return of Toolroom’s collaboration concept album. ‘T1′ released in 2015, was an album of new and exciting collabs from Toolroom’s roster, celebrating our artists’ talents and challenging them creatively. ‘T2’ features 18 brand new tracks, with some out-of-the-box experiments and sure-fire bangers. Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
