Arjun Vagale and Ramiro Lopez who many will recognise from their joint productions on labels including Terminal M, SCI+TEC and Trapez Ltd. Both solo producers in their own right, Arjun and Ramiro have individual back catalogues which combined include most, if not all of the world’s leading Techno labels such as Drumcode and Octopus Records.

Spanish born Ramiro Lopez started his career as a DJ playing many of Spain’s top events, but in 2006 he made the move towards production and has not looked back since. With regular appearances on imprints like Carl Cox label Intec, he has also been a regular production partner with Suara head honcho Coyu for releases on Noir Music and Bedrock.

Arjun Vagale was born in India where he formed part of the countries small but well sculpted and underground electronic music scene. Touring the globe regularly, he is as much a producer as he is a DJ, and his music has featured on scene leading labels like 100% Pure, Tronic and Bitten.

Arjun Vagale: Cafe D’anvers in Antwerp – damn, what an amazing venue!
Ramiro Lopez: Suara Night at Fabrik Madrid playing on the Main Room for the closing set.

What have you got coming up?

Arjun Vagale: Gig wise – I’m thrilled to be playing Awakenings Festival later this year, and music wise, I have a remix for Loco & Jam, and then a solo EP on Odd Recordings.
Ramiro Lopez: A new Odd Recordings EP this time Solo and then still nothing that can be announced just yet.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
