Sum up this podcast in 10 words…
A journey through some of my favourite music this season

What’s your personal favourite track on it?
Dirty Cash definitely… A classic that I just love to drop mid-way through my sets as a surprise.

What’s the special ingredient in this mix?
I really like to mix in key whenever possible to ensure my mixes have fluidity and transition smoothly. I hope that comes across in this mix.

What’s the best gig you’ve played recently?
Tribal Sessions at Sankeys every Saturday night… I’ve enjoyed all 21 dates of my residency so far… here’s to the final 6 of the season!

What have you got coming up?
I have a couple of very exciting remixes cooking in the studio as well as my debut EP release before the end of the year… That’s all I’m saying for now so watch this space!

And finally, do you have a special message for our readers?
I want to thank everyone for their support over the past year, it’s been an incredible summer and I’m really excited about the future. I’ve been working hard to make my vision a reality and hard work certainly pays so for anyone aspiring to break into the scene, put your head down and graft, keep an open mind and don’t take any opportunities for granted.

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
