Shaun Moses is a name that one’s going to be seeing a lot more of. Hailing from Goa (India), the techno producer and DJ crafts his unique style of dark and pulsating techno, while still maintaining a raw aural aesthetic. His DJ sets, showcase an explosive snapshot of his capabilities, bursting at the seams with atmospheric synth hazes, rolling percussive hits and deep powerful bass lines.

Over the past few years, Shaun has performed at some of the best stages and venues across India while releasing on many popular international labels like Octopus Recordings, OFF Recordings, Alleanza Records, Tronic Music, Complexed Records & Hydrozoa Records to name a few.

What’s your personal favourite track on it?
My personal favourite is an unreleased breakbeat tune recently produced by Aardy & myself called “Maleficent” .

What’s the special ingredient in this mix?
Groove!

Tell us about your next EP?
My next release is a special remix for Egbert & Metodi Hristov that drops next month on Secret Cinema’s label Gem Records . It’s slightly different from my usual style and I feel it adds a lot of variation to the whole E.P . Keep your eyes out for some snippets soon !

What have you got coming up?
In terms of future plans on the production front, I’m currently working on a few collabs E.P’s and a few originals that should come out over the course of this year , while on the gig front I’ve started planning for a Europe tour & a 2 day festival in Goa (India) which I’m extremely excited about!
