Theo Schmitt’s releases his ‘Intoxication’ LP on Re:Sounds

Theo Schmitt follows up his 2017 debut album with ‘Intoxication’ which embraces Theo’s trademark sound and long musical history. 

Based in Frankfurt Germany. Theo Schmitt has been heavily influenced by the vibrant nightlife and renowned Techno culture the city is known for. In an ever-expanding sea of producer / DJs. Theo is a producer through and through. Theo’s raw Techno sound has grabbed the attention and support from leaders of the industry such as Maceo Plex, John Digweed, Butch, and many more. His debut album ‘The Game’ became a Beatport top ten selling release. His mixture of deeper dub techno gems and raw acid-driven vibes showcased Theo’s range. 

His latest album ‘Intoxication’ quickly became a Beatport Number One selling Techno release. The album shows the development within Theo. It takes you on a journey through downtempo breakbeat to the raw peak time Techno sounds. His deep routed techno passion is a mainstay throughout ‘Intoxication’.
