Beatport, the go-to platform for DJs, producers, and electronic music fans, is bringing back the Beatport Awards! This exciting event, celebrating the best in electronic music and DJ culture, will take place at IMS Ibiza on Thursday, 24 April 2025, at Atzaró Agroturismo, kicking off at 7:30 PM local time.
After a successful relaunch in 2024, the Beatport Awards are back to shine a spotlight on the artists, labels, and events shaping the scene. Winners will be chosen through a mix of Beatport sales data, industry panel votes, and fan input. Hosted by Radio and TV presenter Jess Iszatt, this year’s ceremony features an impressive lineup of nominees, including Charlotte de Witte, VTSS, Sara Landry, Salute, Chase & Status, and Carlita, alongside major festivals like Tomorrowland, Dekmantel, and Movement.
“At its core, electronic music is about breaking boundaries and creating connections,” said Ed Hill, Senior Vice President of Beatport’s Live & Interactive Group. “The Beatport Awards celebrate those who have pushed the envelope and inspired audiences worldwide. This year’s nominees are nothing short of exceptional.”
The 2025 awards will cover categories like Festival of the Year, Best New DJ, Best DJ Mix, Label to Watch, Best-Selling Track and Remix of the Year, Producer of the Year, Best Live Performer, One to Watch, Hype Label of the Year, and the Social Impact Award (presented by TuneCore/Believe). Fans also get to have their say with the People’s Choice Award – voting opens on 24 March, and you’ve got until 10 April to get involved.
