Ten Ven – Lick

weapons-lick

After two really excellent Weapons already via MetroplaneMumbai Scienceup next is Data Transmission fave Ten Ven.

The London-based producer shares his take on the classic ‘dancefloor weapon’ with ‘Lick’. A full-bodied, thumping house banger punctuated by the alluring thrash of cymbals and melodic skanks, ‘Lick’ is indicative of both the quality and variety on this new imprint. With previous releases on Noir, Food Music, Greco-Roman, MTA, Eton Messy and 303 Lovers, Weapons makes for an ideal home for Ten Ven’s final release of the year which has picked up early club support from the likes of Horse Meat Disco and Noir.

With the release of Ten Ven’s ‘Lick’, Weapons continues to uphold its promise to supply us pure dancefloor tracks, for DJs and dancers alike.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
