Skream announces return of ‘Open To Close’

Following last year’s sold out ‘Open to Close’ events, Skream is doing it all again in 2018 with another 14 week stretch of dates across various European locations.

Flaunting his wealth of experience behind the decks, the extended sets will bounce between funk, disco, house and techno, tapping into influences from past and present. He Kicks the whole thing off at Glasgow’s SWG3, before further parties at London’s Village Underground, and events in an array of cities, including Barcelona, Turin, Dublin, Leeds, and Bristol – where he will end the tour on 29th December at Motion.

“I’m keen to get back on the road for the third Open To Close tour and feel privileged to have a platform where I can play for the duration – allowing me to take the night in any direction I want,” added Skream. “Every venue I’ve done previously on this tour the crowds have been fully involved from the beginning, which pushes me hard to deliver and I love it!”

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
