Save As releases ‘Show Off’ EP on Hood Politics

Save As is a jack of all trades and can absolutely smash any project he starts effortlessly. He’s adapted a really nice progressive tech house sound that we really admire, so being able to call him family is a real treat.

His debut on Hood Politics is his “Show Off” EP. It certainly is no exception to his ability in cooking up classy and timeless tech-house heaters, and he certainly rolled out the basslines for this one. Paired with some catchy vocal cuts, solid drum work, and captivating synths, we’d say we’re sitting on a real pot of gold here. Save knows what we like and brought his A-game to the table, kicking off his debut with a bang.

The label says “Bringing Save As to the label last year for remix duties was a real dream come true, as we’re huge fans of his music, personality and overall stoked on him as a human being. But, being able to roll out the red carpet for this legend and his debut EP is the icing on the cake.”

On remix duties, we’re joined by our label boss, DJ Susan; taking the A-Side “Show Off” and flipping it into a peak hour ticking tech-house time bomb. Susie had some big shoes to fill with this one but didn’t let us down delivering the goods once again with his highly energetic sounds.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
