Renegade Riddims: Mountain

Kamiyama Shigeta, better known to you or me as Mountain, is a drum & bass producer from the bustling hub of activity that is Osaka, Japan.

Born into a musical family Kamiyama grew up immersed in various forms of music. At age 18 he found Dance music and after picking the basics of a DAW, he started to produce Drum & Bass under his alias. He also began to DJ in his hometown too.

Since he began his career he has racked up support slots for many of the worlds heavyweight DJs and artists including Sigma, Netsky, London Electricity, Metrik and the executioner himself Andy C.

We see a bright career ahead for this up and coming DJ and Producer. He has signed music to Hospital Records, Soulvent Records and High Tea Records to name a few. He has a work ethic that is second to none after stepping in last minute to deliver this week’s Renegade Riddims mix.
