My Nu Leng and FineArt (the bassline-driven alter ego alias of drum and bass premiereship DJ Friction) have announced a brand new label incoming called Maraki Records.
The label will launch on April 7 with a focus on the darker bass end of house music, looking to capture the current melting pot that’s happening right now between bass, garage, and house. Launching with FineArt’s ‘In Too Deep’ EP, which is a three-track affair featuring FineArt’s title track plus two major league collaborations with My Nu Leng ‘Border’ and Taiki Nulight ‘BN1’.
“We are very excited to bring Maraki Records to the world – a platform to release new music from ourselvesand to support the new and exciting talent we’ve been supporting in our DJ sets. It’s all about fresh musicwith both integrity and big bass-lines. Music for the floor. Enjoy!”
