Nightmares On Wax Reveals Retrospective Album Details

Does any artists who joins the Warp family ever leave? The iconic British label must be doing something seriously right as they seem to retain forward thinking talent better than any other imprint in the scene. Next up to add to their illustrious discography is veteran experimental producer George Evelyn. Better known by his artist moniker of Nightmares On Wax has revealed details of his new  25th anniversary compilation N.O.W is the Time.

Featuring a slew of the DJ and producers most successful tracks, remixes and edits George has now shared the tracklist to the hotly anticipated retrospective, in addition to revealing news of the special edition box set which includes remixes from scene luminaries Morgan Geist, Special Request, LFO, and Mr Scruff.

Featuring 29 tracks spread across two CDs CD version split into two parts—Nightmares By Day and Nightmares By Night whilst the vinyl boxset edition of N.O.W – The Deep Down: Remixes & Rarities will host a number of reworks and hard-to-find cuts from the veteran producer across two LPs. Out on June 16 via Warp you can find the tracklist for both versions below:

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
