Motez and Scrufizzer reunite for their hypnotic single ‘Get It Done,’ out now via Sweat It Out.

Hailing from Australia, Motez is a veteran in the electronic music scene. His ability to encompass elements of techno and house music in his work creates an unprecedented experience for music fans. Revered for his popular dance anthems, like “Down Like This” featuring Tkay Maidza and “The Future” with Anthony and Cleopatra, Motez is king of the house community in Australia.

In addition to his captivating original tracks, Motez has a string of official remixes for renowned artists like Flume, Disclosure, Ellie Goulding, and more. His production expertise and skills behind the DJ board has led to performances at major festivals, such as Beyond The Valley, Lost Paradise, and Splendour In The Grass. Motez’s recent show at WOMADelaide debuted his mesmerizing live set of string quartet, a children choir, and brass instrumentalists, which was broadcasted on Triple J.

Continuing his killer year, Motez has collabed with Scrufizzer on his new release “Get It Done”. This track is a followup to the pair’s viral sensation “The Vibe”. The moral of the song is simple: “get it done,” Motez consistently refuses to let anything get in his way on his path to success.

Discussing the inspiration behind “Get It Done”, Motez shares, “I wanted to draw from industrial and dissonant sounds and tones found in EBM, dark disco and techno, but adding Scrufizzer’s unique vocals and delivery to be a point of difference and to drive the message home.” The track has the optimal balance of being powerful and passionate, with a mix of heavy techno progressions and rhythmic vocals. “Get It Done” puts Motez’s creativity on display and proves that he will further expand his influence in the music industry.
