Mix Of The Day: Exclusive Kris Davis Mix

Since dropping his first EP, Closer, back in August of last year, Portsmouth producer, Kris Davis, has leapt into the limelight so dramatically that we reckon he’d give Greg Rutherford a run (or should that be jump?) for his money.

Just as his hometown has been stamped firmly on the map in recent years, via the Love Amplified nights; Davis has solidified his position, with music for Bade and Save Us Records, and slots alongside some of the world’s biggest DJs – and he’s only just getting started!

Over the next three months, the Pompey lad is readying himself for global domination. May sees Davis drop his 2-track Bleak & Empathy EP via Christian Loffler‘s Young Alaska imprint, plus he’s on remix duty for Hafendisko, Save Us and Underyourskin Records. Thankfully all this fame hasn’t gone to Kris’ head; on May 1st he’ll be keeping it intimate, playing alongside Gidge at a top secret 100 capacity venue in Dalston.
