Mix Of The Day: Capulet

If you like your house music rough, raw and ready for the floor, then this mix from the boys behind the Troupe parties is most likely the one for you. But first, a bit of background information. Troupe – lest you’re unaware – is a party that started out in London’s much revered underground movement, and one which booked house-focused DJs when the rest of the city reverberated to a more dubstep vibe. Over time, their focus towards 4/4 paid off in spades; so much so that their night is now starting to earn plaudits aplenty across the UK and Europe, where (naturally enough), we’re told they are gradually relocating to.

Working under the name Capulet, we’ve secured an exclusive mix from the shadowy hands behind Troupe ahead of the London duo’s much anticipated performance at this years edition of Eastern Electrics August 1st  we’re they’ll be taking to the decks alongside the likes of Skream, Jamie Jones and tINI to name but a few. Let’s just hope there aren’t any Montagues about!
