Having spent 10 years behind the decks with 3 seasons as a resident in Ibiza, it’s safe to say Suffolk based selector Jack Akehurst has fulfilled his apprenticeship.
Blending a deep musical knowledge with an elaborate technical style, Akehurst has become known for his eclectic and somewhat eccentric track selections, often taking listeners on unexpected journeys.
Having enjoyed a breakout 2015 – highlighted by a number of appearances at Sankeys’ Ibizan outpost – he’s looking to maintain his momentum this year with his residency with highly rated new London party starters DOMUS and with sets for Tribal Sessions, Summer-ized Sessions planned for the warmer months ahead.
