Mix of the Day: Georg Bigalke

Today we are joined by Leipzig’s Georg Bigalke.

Having spent his time building up an expansive array of artists (both established and up and coming), it’s clear that Bigalke is one for unearthing the darker recesses as opposed to taking the easy route. Managing to recruit the likes of Lakker, Lag, Defekt to add to his ever growing roster of artists makes 45 Minutes Of Techno a force to be reckoned with.

Other than curating his series, you may have managed to catch one of his sets during one of his sets as a resident at the infamous Distillery in Leipzig – you would most definitely agree that Georg knows his way around the genre. His music is diverse and he prides himself on his ability to jump between genres, grooves and moods and this mix is testament to that very fact.

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
