Matt Sassari drops his ‘Nervosity’ EP on Intec

Matt Sassari is fast become a key member of Carl Cox’s label Intec and has recently released his second solo EP on the label within the space of a year.
Still, in his twenties, Matt Sassari is one of France’s most exciting young talents when it comes to electronic music, and his diverse sound has been a feature of many great labels including Kling Klong, Tronic and Terminal M.
His latest offering on Intec is made in collaboration with Patrik Berg who also teamed up with Matt for their top-selling release on Terminal M a few months ago, and like that one, the Intec EP is dance floor ready techno with an up-tempo groove packed full of energy.
Dark and relentless, the EP is titled “Nervosity” after the first track, and that opening cut has building tension allowing the follow up “Kun Daha” to unleash hell with its hard-hitting percussion and twisted vocal sample.
Definitely, on the harder side of both Intec and Matt Sassari’s style, this peak time EP is right on the money for those who play a fast and furious style of techno.
