Martyn Returns To Ostgut Ton

Genre-hopping electronic music experimenter Martyn has revealed that his next EP will arrive via Berghain affiliated label Ostgut Ton on October 16th.

Titled ‘Falling For You’, the EP is Martyn’s first release proper for the German techno powerhouse, having previously made two appearances on the imprint – his track ‘Miniluv’ was selected by Ben Klock for his Berghain mix and he remixed Shed’s curiously titled ‘Another Wedged Chicken’ – and formed a close relationship with the outfit having delivered a slew of sets at Panorama Bar joining their booking agency last year.

Serving up three dance floor orientated numbers, the EP seeks to break free of any preconceptions you may have of what’s played in Berghain or Panorama Bar, instead seeking to “incorporate the sounds you could find at the club” in an “unexpected” way.
