Maceo Plex Preps Kompakt Single

Prolific American producer Eric Estornel better known as Maceo Plex has enjoyed a meteoric rise in popularity over the last couple of years, with a string of popular releases and the formation of his own imprint Ellem Audio but enjoyed a particularly  successful 2012 and 2013 with release on some of last few years hottest labels including Crosstown Rebels and No.19 Music. 

Now the typically outspoken Eric has hooked up with one of our favourite labels in Kompakt for a new single that’s sure to be getting plenty of play in the DT office in the coming weeks. Entitled ‘Conjure Superstar’ and set to arrive July 28th the track  appears to be the latest edition of a series of ‘Conjure’ releases following on from ‘Conjure One’ which landed on his own Ellem Audio imprint back in March with ‘Conjure Two’ scheduled to hit shelves via Richie Hawtin’s Minus on June 9.  Colour us excited.
