Lisbon Hosts 'Get Warm' Conference, Bringing Global Dance Music Leaders Together

Lisbon is set to welcome ‘Get Warm’, a groundbreaking electronic music conference that brings together top industry professionals from Portugal and around the world. Taking place on April 5th, the event will offer a full day of panels, discussions, and networking opportunities. Hosted by WARM, a global radio airplay monitoring platform, the conference aims to bridge the gap between Portuguese talent and the international music business, offering valuable insights into music rights, label management, distribution, music tech, mental health, and more.

The event will feature an impressive lineup of industry leaders, including Maximilien Jazani (Catalogue Associates, representing David Guetta), David De Valera (Spike Management, Mochakk’s manager), Alex Branson (Beatport), Annie Birkeland (Ultra Records), Nicole Hofman (Labelworx), Finlay Johnson (AFEM), and Nazen Carneiro (NZPR Public Relations).

These experts will share their knowledge on key topics such as international music promotion, copyright management, and running a successful record label. Additionally, the conference will host exclusive masterclasses and networking sessions, with a special afterparty at Duro De Matar, featuring guest DJs.

Among the standout sessions are “Understanding Music Rights,” “How to Run a Successful Label,” and “Emotional Intelligence & Mental Health in Electronic Music.” These panels will address both business and personal challenges faced by professionals in the electronic music industry.
