Leading Artist Management Companies Seven20 and AYITA form The Circuit Group

Esteemed figures in the music industry, hailing from the distinguished artist management firms Seven20 and AYITA, have embarked on a collaborative endeavour known as The Circuit Group. This visionary enterprise is dedicated to cultivating business opportunities centred around the intellectual property of artists.

Founded by seasoned industry veterans Dean and Jessica Wilson of Seven20, along with Brett Fischer, David Gray, and Harvey Tadman from AYITA, The Circuit Group represents an innovative collective within the music industry. Their ambitious objective is to acquire a substantial 50% stake in artists’ intellectual property portfolios and establish partnerships with these artists to explore diverse avenues within the music industry, in addition to their traditional artist management roles.

Dean Wilson, the CEO and Co-founder of The Circuit Group and a distinguished manager known for his work with deadmau5, remarked, “The engine at the centre of everything in the music business is the song. At The Circuit Group, we are building a network of businesses around IP, putting artists’ creativity at the center and engaging and sustaining them over the long term. The collective intends to initiate acquisitions of up to 50% of an artist’s song catalogue, thereby providing artists with an immediate source of revenue and a vested interest in collaborating with the company to maximize opportunities surrounding their intellectual property. Through this IP-centric approach, The Circuit Group will invest in and establish strategic alliances with other enterprises to leverage artists’ songs in areas such as recorded music, publishing, merchandise, brand partnerships, gaming, live events, Web3, new music technologies, and beyond.

Collectively, The Circuit Group holds the master and publishing rights to more than 3,000 songs, amassing over 5 billion combined streams and earning 7 GRAMMY nominations. Their roster comprises esteemed artists such as Chris Lake, deadmau5, FISHER, HoneyLuv, NERO, and Ninajirachi, among others.
