Jovan Vucetic, Vaxx and MC Flipside combine on ‘Voicebox’ for Revival New York

Share

Revival New York welcome production trio Jovan Vucetic, Vaxx and MC Flipside for ‘Voicebox’, backed by a remix from Italian duo Proudly People.

Co-founders of their Wasted Music imprint alongside fellow artist Daniel Cuda, long time friends Jovan Vucetic and Vaxx have been flying the flags for their respective nations of Serbia and Canada whilst releasing driving, dynamic productions via imprints such as Hector Couto’s Roush, Roberto Surace’s SURA Music and Max Chapman’s Low:Res to name just a few.

Having already collaborated on original material and remixes, the duo now combines to deliver the energetic ‘Voicebox’ on Revival New York alongside Toronto house music favourite MC Flipside, with Milan-based pairing Proudly People stepping up on remix duties.

An up-front, energetic cut fusing lively percussion arrangements amongst escalating synth lines and MC Flipside’s warped and scattered vocal interjections, ‘Voicebox’ welcomes a kinetically charged dancefloor weapon set to move dancefloors and main rooms in the months ahead, before Italian pairing Proudly People’s take on the track keeps Flipside’s vocal at its core whilst introducing a playful combination of organic drums, bright bouncing melodies, and a slick, rolling groove.

We premiere the lead track on Data Transmission today, check it out here and grab it on Beatport.
