Goldie Announces The Alchemist

Pioneer, graffiti artist, drum ‘n’ bass icon, DJ, actor and producer Goldie is to release a greatest hits compilation entitled, ‘The Alchemist‘ on March 11th. The compilation celebrates twenty years of material from the man who has shifted more than 2.5 million records worldwide. It will be released on triple-disc CD and digital download. “Still being involved in the music that they all said ‘wouldn’t go anywhere’ 20 years on….well it just makes me smile!”, said Goldie. Adding, “I think that of all the tracks on this collection, the new one, ‘Single Petal Of A Rose’ is my favourite cos it shows that I will never compromise on my music…I never did way back, and I won’t start now … You may not understand that? But in 20 years time, the tune will still stand up!…. While others fall down”. The first two CD’s of the compilation are made up of original material, while the third will highlight his remix work.
