Gingy & Bordello, Randomer and Sei A To Launch Warehouse Series
One of the more forward thinking imprints, Tiga’s Canadian techno powerhouse Turbo has revealed that it is set to launch another series as the label continues to grow its ever expanding back catalogue of releases. The new series sees the release of a set of fresh EP’s from label stalwarts Sei A, Gingy and Bordello and introduces London based producer Randomer to the fold with his EP ‘Ruffa’ inaugurating the new venture. With ‘Warehouse’ being billed by Turbo as “futuristic techno at its ruffest and tuffest” we feel that Randomer has really stepped up to the plate with his 3 track effort cross pollinating the metallic, muscular techno that has become the labels signature whilst lending the release a hypnotic element and retaining the pulsing synths of his earlier works.
The rest of the opening releases for the new endeavour come from label favorites Gingy and Bordello and Sei A, all of whom have been releasing on the label for several years now as the imprint developed the rising stars on it’s roster into some of the underground scenes most respected names.
The second EP comes from Gingy and Bordello and is entitled Saturday Night Fervor and will be dropping August 12th backed by a remix from iconic techno legend Robert Hood before Glaswegian Sei A completes the initial run with the third release of the series at the end of August called Blades of Brazil.
