Friend Within launches label with new EP

Friend Within has announced the launch of his new label He Loves You, kicking off with a fresh EP and a UK tour.Out 22nd September, nostalgic groover ‘The Label’ is set to be an essential addition to any self-respecting house DJ’s arsenal. On the flip, ‘The Hat’ brings things up-to-date with a hefty helping of bouncy sub-bass. To celebrate this release, together with the impending musical journey of He Loves You, the elusive producer has planned a journey of a different kind. The ‘No Friend Within’ tour will hit up five of the UK’s top venues throughout October for all night performances from the man himself.“Starting a record label is a natural progression for me,” explains Friend. “With my own tracks spanning genres, I have made my own home for them. No musical boundaries, no collaborations: just me. It’s the same ethos behind ‘No Friends Within’ Tour: five cities, five days, and five hours and more sets, it’s a real chance to delve deep into the music I love but don’t always get to play out. Expect quality. Just listen, Just dance. Then dance again.”
