Boys Noize and Chilly Gonzales Give Away Track

Looking for some new music? Then Boys Noize and Chilly Gonzales have got just what you need as in celebration of the forthcoming release from their collaborative project Octave Minds they are giving away their first single for absolutely free!Due out in September, the pair’s self-titled debut album isn’t the first time the duo have worked together with Boys Noize producing the Canadian jack-of-all-trades’ 2010 Ivory Tower LP.

The track, entitled ‘In Silence’, offers up an electronic-acoustic broth. A hefty helping of keys, is backed by modded vocals with the occasional beat thrown in for good measure. As we near the climax, a Dâm-funk-esque bass line pokes its funky head up to finish us off, the perfect cocktail for a sunny afternoon. Follow the link below to get your copy:

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
