Album wise, the summer of 2013 was one that just kept on giving and when London’s prolific remixer and DJ extraordinaire Kieran Hebden better known as Four Tet  revealed a surprise full studio effort was en route we were understandably excited.

Entitled ‘Beautiful Rewind’ the producer, DJ and label boss then revealed yesterday to little fanfare via his website (which previously unveiled the track listing and artwork designed by Matthew Cooper and Jason Evans) that the new 11 track album would be landing today October 3rd. ‘Beautiful Rewind’ follows on from 2012’s eclectic collection of tracks Pink for his 7th full studio LP. Released via Hebdens own Text imprint, the work will be arriving on vinyl in addition to CD and digital and marks the second album Four Tet has worked on to be released this Autumn with the Hebden produced debut album of Syrian maverick Omar Souleyman also dropping this same month. He’s been a busy, busy man has Kieran.  Check out the album in full below…

Grahame Farmer

Grahame Farmer’s love affair with electronic music goes back to the mid-90s when he first began to venture into the UK’s beloved rave culture, finding himself interlaced with some of the country’s most seminal club spaces. A trip to dance music’s anointed holy ground of Ibiza in 1997 then cemented his sense of purpose and laid the foundations for what was to come over the next few decades of his marriage to the music industry.
